Dana has worked for 20+ years with the financial services industry, where she has been a catalyst for building, leading, influencing, and sustaining the alignment of people, performance, and revenue generation, resulting in shareholder value.
A hands-on change agent and effective business partner, Dana provides expertise in the areas of strategic and succession planning, executive coaching, organizational design, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, sales, service and organization development. She has a knack for helping companies execute on their strategic plans, and is a key driver of marketing, sales, service and new business development opportunities.
Prior to joining BankLogic, Dana was Vice President at FNB Corporation: a multibillion-dollar financial institution with wealth and insurance affiliates covering four states in three of the country’s major metropolitan statistical areas. In her role, she led the sales, service, and organizational development functions during a time of exponential growth. She has also worked for Sky Financial Group (Huntington), NexTier, and Mellon Bank (BNY Mellon).
Dana earned a Masters in Organization Development & Analysis from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelors of Science dual degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She has academic teaching experience, namely for the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and Duquesne University’s Center for Corporate and Executive Education. She has been a speaker for both financial and non-financial associations throughout her career.
