The Future & Perception of Community Banking Depends Upon a New Generation of Bankers & Community Supporters

Screen Shot 2015-08-12 at 6.05.45 PMBankLogic, CPAs & Consultants in conjunction with the Community Bankers Association of Ohio, is pleased to announce the deployment of an Emerging Leader Program.  The program is targeted to the next generation of community bank leaders, those earmarked as high-performers with high-potential.  The two year program will get underway on August 27, 2015 at the Community Bankers Association of Ohio’s headquarters in Columbus, OH.

An accomplished speaker, Dana R. Muth, Principal of BankLogic, is the facilitator for the program’s leadership development component. Muth brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry where she has utilized leadership practices to align people, processes and profits. She earned her Master’s in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Business, and has taught for the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and Duquesne University’s Center for Corporate and Executive Education.
