The Missouri Independent Bankers Association held it’s annual Emerging Community Bankers Summer Conference last week at Camden on the Lake in Lake Ozark, Missouri. The conference was well attended by the next generation of community bank leaders and supporters. It kicked-off with a golf outing followed by a networking dinner on Wednesday night, July 22nd. On Thursday, three speakers shared their expertise to include leadership practices, presentation skills and social media strategies.
Thursday evening, the cohort joined together on a boat ride across Lake Ozark to include dinner and networking time. Then, on Friday, July 24th, the emerging leaders were involved in various exercises, activities and simulations designed to help them execute leadership practices to grow the balance sheet.
A special thanks to the Missouri Independent Bankers Association and all event sponsors for putting on a top-notch conference for the next generation of community bank leaders!
